Froze my account on fnb

Ok so this morning someone paid R450 into my account, and immediately report my account as *****, fnb didnt even call me to tell me this. I struggled to get through to the ***** line, eventually they gave me a email for someone working on the case, i emailed and explained, and their reply was they are waiting on a case number from the other party...so what do i do now? All my money is in that account and i have 2 children i need to support. Please can someone help
