Frosen business account

My business account was frosen due to FICA updating. I am struggling for 4 days now, making numerous calls, beiing sent from "helpdesc" to "helpdesk", getting promises.......but nothing happens. It seems that the people answering the phones are not up to the job. I need to make critical payments. FNB is failing me big time!!
