From tomorrow I stop existing

FNB recently advised me that, as a routine measure, they are requiring FICA certification for me, and that I should submit documents as proof of residence. I live on a friend’s farm, which is run by a trust, and we receive letters via our post box because there are no physical postal deliveries to farms.
I have on three occasions uploaded no less than six documents as proof, and every one of them has been rejected, with no reasons given. So my account will become inaccessible as from tomorrow. I am at a complete loss as to what to do and you have defeated me.
I have never experienced such unhelpfulness and obstruction. I understand this has to be done for security reasons, which I appreciate, but I needed help with this, not this bureaucratic nightmare.
I am determined to close my account as soon as I can. I never want to be put through this again.
