I would like to firstly Thank Carol (Ma*****) from FNB Lenasia Branch for assisting me and my father with on his account. if the message is relayed to her, apologies for not doing the survey to rate your service, I have not seen the survey on Fathers phone, I will only see him in a day or two, Ma***** mentioned the survey will be out of five, i would like to rate her out of 10/10, she made the effort seamless. Firstly, she sorted out my father's banking app after struggling to get him on the app for almost 2 years, which lead me to ask why is it that other consultants cannot do what she did. she managed to assist him with the other query he had, FNB you need to look after and I would suggest that she get a good incentive for turning a fellow bankers Father nightmare in a dream come true.
