From Pillar to post

Thanks for nothing FNB agents, i have wasted few hours of my days being send from pillar to post. So I mistakenly transferred money in my business account from my 7 days notice and I only realized this after closed down the account earlier this week. The money didn’t bounce back, privates clients agents transferred me to business clients agents to investments agents . There seems to be no insight at all and the whole process is tiresome. I am not happy at all when you call an agent and waste your precious time putting you on hold and they solve jack. Is this how “ how can we help you?” Should be? Nobody can tell me where is the money that was supposed to go into a business account which is?Maybe I should Accept that it turned into miracle money.
