From Pillar to Post

I reported that a credit purchase went off my account of two amounts of which FNB asked me to fill out dispute forms and send them to them of which I did on the very same day that they advised me that I needed to and that the process takes 7 days and I that I will be contacted within 2 days of the 7 days as to the progress. 2 days went went by no one contacted me today being the 7th day I contacted their customer care which I was told that my matter is still being processed of which I asked A. why have I not been contacted and B. why is it only being processed now which I am supposed to be given feedback on the day of which I am then told that these things take time depending if it is an international mecrhant of national merchant of which if it is an international merchant I can expect to wait 30 days of which the last time I ever disputed anything on my account FNB only responded 4 months later, my account is in arears and when they do finally respond I can expect bank charges of an excess account. I also got confirmation today after I called in and complained that they have received my dispute of which it is only of one debit and not two which were sent together to the same email address of which by them confirming one dispute I don't know what is happening with the other one. Why can't FNB just be transparent and say we will give you feedback when we can since their timeless change on a whim and no one bothers to call you to give you feedback and till now my account is in access and I do not know when that money will be reversed and chances are someone will call me to say we are liaising with the merchant just to put me at ease. If I owe money best believe I get sms's constantly but when it is the customer that is in need see you when we see you buddy.

Thank you FNB
