From one of top to dump

From one of the top banks to a mess. Have 5 accounts with them. Available balance updates not synchronized for long periods!! Some accounts never show available balances. Issues cannot be resolved. Passed between individuals in same and other departments contradicting themselves and one another. Invited FNB to listen to a 25 minute recording chaos I had with 8 staff members, reflecting above. No action, never mind results. Replies with emails and calls promising results which never happens. FNB, you cannot, not be aware of what's happening to service levels, or do you just don't give a darn?
