***** From my account - but FNB is not getting back to me!

I lodge a ***** case in Dec, its been over a month, I have phoned in probably 9 times, been into the branch, called from the branch, sent about 7 requests via the mobile app chat, and still no one is getting back to me. I've also escalated this x3 times. *** Is going with FNB,, they used to service us clients now its like working with the government nothing gets done!!!!!
