From Hero to Hot mess of a bank

FNB has for many years been a great bank to bank with. No fuss and also innovative I loved the idea of not going into a bank anymore and having everything at your finger tips at home, but the past 2 years has just been one headache after another. I have complained before about our PS trying to take off money from our account when there is no balance on the account, I have deleted all my details etc and yet FNB still charges me R8.50 per day. I have tried over a span of a year to link my paypal account and my account is verified yet FNB is blocking this.

I need to close my account with FNB as soon as possible
