From great to worst

FNB is moving to great to be a worst bank in South Africa. To qualify for their credits or loans is not easy. When they give you a credit, u don’t have anything to say or negotiate for as long as you owe them. I believe going forward they should bank rich people as they don’t care and listen to what their middle class and poor customers. I contacted them several times to get my personal loan debit order date to be changed by just 1 day after my pay day, just to make sure that my salary is paid when the debit order goes off. They completely denied with the reason that I am granted a loan based on my salary. And now they are debiting my account before the salary date or before my salary is paid into my account.
