My mother who is a pensioner visited a branch in Thohoyandou to collect her debit card . When she was fetching her card a consultant named Lebogang tried selling her a revolving loan which she Declined. To her surprise FNB went ahead and debited her R322 in November and she went to the branch o complain amd get a refund.A supervisor by the name of Peter told my mom he would fix the situation only for FNB to deduct R368.32 again in December the 23rd. REVFAC.This is daylight Roberry amd Lebogang commited *****. My mother never signed documents or agreed to this so called revolving facility loan.There were no funds my mom received but money was deducted from her account.This is ***** and FNB Thohoyandou needs to be taken action against with that consultant and her ******** supervisor Peter we are pursuin this matter and need a resolution. I have also received a call from the manager by the name of Grace in Thohoyandou Branch *** who is denying having those employees in her employ to discredit my mother's complaint. I have emailed the above email adress with details of debit orders and references. Her employees commited ***** my mother went to the Branch to complain and nothing eas done. This branch needs to resolve this mess . I work for a financial services provider I understand how these issues must be addressed. I will be waiting for rhe Branch to contact me after they refer to the email I sent.

Hi I am incredibly devastated by what has been done with my mother's case instead of resolving the matter like you promised you would R1325,21 was deducted from her account with the Reference 149045 Sanky Mathole from FNB called on ********** several times saying you are trying to resolve the matter. You refunded her an adjustment and deducted even more money from her account. This is getting worse, my mother's limited money is getting cleaned from her account and we are not getting any resolutions from this bank when your employees committed this ***** and took advantage of an elderly pensioner. I am not going to let this go
