FROM BEST TO WORST BANK IN SOUTH AFRICA

In the past year i have had endless issues with this bank and their efficiency. i have been with them for 15 years as my primary banker. In 2018 they couldnt afford me a homebond without any reasons, yet Nedbank, Absa and Standard bank all approved me and we went with Std Bank for our home bond.

The worst of this story, last week, i had ********** behavior on my account. I had a bradlows account, i paid my account off by eft and my account is NIL. Bradlows took off an illegitimate debit order - FNB refuses to reverse this amount, even after i sent proof to them that i paid this account already by eft and they can see the eft on their side, they say its not their problem.

their automated telephone systems cuts me off their fnb app message service is pathetic as they have the most unhelpful and rude consultants. i am so disappointed. at a time where i need my bank whom i have been loyal to for 15 years, couldn't return their loyalty back.
