From Best to WORST BANK in SA! Useless bunch of staff

What a pathetic bunch.

FNB wss always been a pleasure dealing with but their Private Banking is useless, Nusiness Banking *********** and FNB Homeloans, well... they should fire all of them!

Waiting for nearly 2 MONTHS! YES! 2 months to resolve a matter with business banking and more than 2 WEEKS and still waiting for homeloans to advise me how much they will charge to fix my interest rate.

A bunch *********** and useless staff. Time to move to Nedbank for proper, professional and more importantly COMPETENT service!
