From Bad to Worse

Following a complaint when visiting the George Branch in York Str, Sibongile Mapasha from the complaints department waited for the bank card to be delivered before sending any correspondence.

At no point was I contacted to establish the reason for my concern or unhappiness, so at this point I have paid for a card that was never delivered and paid again for a second one to be delivered.

They just have no ethical obligation, it's like they all working at their "daddy's company".
