From bad to terrible

For more than 6 month I am waiting for a reply from FNB. Numerous phone calls since August last year (2022), every time endless holding, being put thru from one incapable consultant to the next and the assurance the problem will be solved and i will be contacted. Till today NOT ONES!! than referred by a consultant AND the website to contact via email , just to get a message back "This mailbox is unattended" If it would not be so annoying I would say FNB is a joke. Only eskimo gives worse service
