Frikken Nonfunctional Bank

<p>I purchased a device online Huawei y221, as a gift. 2 weeks later the device is non functional. I reported the problem to FNB NOT so smart device division around the 11 Jan 17. They escalated and said that the device is no longer part of their stock they will cancel the order, this took another week. I told them that it was a gift and they should do something other than just cancel the order. A week later still no call or response from this Frikken Useless Bank.</p> <p> </p> <p>How can you help me? they ask. Well let me tell you since this is your slogan. Change your values and ethics towards paying customers. If you don't have the product that you advertised, do what everybody else does, accommodate them half way by providing another device of similar value. Follow up with your customers instead of treating us like dirt.</p> <p> </p> <p>FNB don't care about their customers any longer. I would advise anybody to stay away from their Not So smart devices. </p> <p> </p> <p>Highly frustrated.</p>
