Friendly, Efficient, Competent.

On Saturday 20/02 I went to the FNB in the Alberton Boulevard. I needed 3 months bank statements, stamped by the bank. As I recently had an operation on my knee, I am on crutches for 6 weeks, so thought it would be best to get there as the bank opens. We got there, and printed one of those slips at the entrance, the slip said expected waiting time is 5 minutes. 30 minutes later we were still waiting!!!!!<br> We left, and went to the FNB branch inside The Glen shopping centre in Oakdene. I was greeted at the door by a very friendly, young coloured lad. I told him what I needed, his response was along the lines of \Sure, if you don't mind, can you log into your internet banking here on one of these laptops, then have a seat, I'll print the statements, and get them stamped for you\", which I happily did, it wasn't even 2 minutes later and he had everything sorted. I cant remember his name, but thank you. Well played FNB, The Glen, SHAME ON YOU FNB, Alberton Boulevard!!!"
