I recently opened a credit card account with FNB and had problems getting it FICA'd. But this week I was at Baywest Shopping Centre in Port Elizabeth and went into the local FNB branch where I needed to find out and complete some things with regards to my credit card. December is not a lekker time to be working in shopping centres and although the branch only had 2 or 3 staff on duty, Ross Jordaan, one of the staff members impressed me with his friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile.
