FRG ignores ex employee's requests

I am an ex employee @ FRG. I'm utterly disgusted the way I'm being treated. There's specific documents I need for UIF. These documents must be submitted in a specific timeframe or else my case will be closed. I logged my request on MyQ on the 4th of May. I emailed Fiona Sheik numerous times to atleast confirm a SLA in order for me to communicate this to the assessor assigned to my case. No response. I have two business days left to submit my documents, for the assessor to still assess. This is bad!! So my family must starve?
