Freezing our account
During April 15 I was contacted by FNB that I needed to submit fresh documents for our Trust account even though this account was active since mid 2000 and all documents had been handed to them at that time. I comp**** and sent a final email asking for confirmation that all had been received. This was received by me from Karabo in FNB call Centre. We then went overseas until the 28th May only to discover that our account was frozen. Since Thursday 28th and to date I have endeavoured to have our account unblocked inclusive of resubmitting all the requested documents by simply forwarding the initial emails with attachments. Our account is still frozen and I cannot seem to get anyone to assist me by advising what I need to do further to have our account open. I am even prepared to travel. I have had to beg borrow and do so many transfers just to be in a position to pay our salaries on the 29th leaving my personal account in overdraft. The fact that deposits have been permitted on this account slays me! If it was something that I had done wrong or been negligent about I would accept the responsibility but I have proof that all was received by them in order on the 4/5
