Freezing of NPC account - No forewarning

On 3rd Oct 14, FNB requested FICA documentation from our NPC, via attorneys, Symington & De Kok. On 13th Oct 14, I e-mailed both the attorneys and Sune Crafford at FNB the doc's. Ms Crafford read the e-mail on 16th Oct, attorneys only on 20th Oct 14, after inquiring telephonically from them. Symington & De Kok also e-mailed my confirming the receipt of the doc's and that they will pass it on to FNB. Last week we found out via someone who had to make a payment that our acc. seems to be closed? We called the bank and they confirmed that our account has been frozen, due to no FICA compliance. This they done with no forewarning! On Friday 13th Feb 15, a director and I met with the bank to try and resolve this matter. After an hour's discussion, they said that someone working with this will call us back the same day. Monday afternoon 16th Feb, FNB still had not called us back. We called again and they said that they do not have certain documentation, that I sent them in Oct 14 already. We sent it again! Yesterday we called FNB to find out what is happening, and they said they do not know when the matter will be resolved. FNB WHO IS GOING TO PAY OUR STAFF'S SALARIES AND OUR CREDITORS!!!
