Freezing funds that were available instead of just the amount they are questioning

I inherited money from my late father, when the estate paid out, they froze all my accounts, including the funds that were in the account befor the money from the estate was paid, this is a problem as I am disabled and I have a number of health issues, and I always make sure that there are funds available for taxi services like Uber, to get me home after treatments at the hospital, why they can’t just put a hold on the amount that they are investigating is beyond me, I am stranded now with no acces to my money that was previously cleared and available, and they still insist that it will take 24 to 48 hours to be cleared from their side, leaving me stranded on so many levels 😤
