Freezing accounts without emailing about it !!! be very wary of this bank! After trying to make a payment to my supplier the app showed an error and after 30 min on the ( not so helpful chat system or person - working under supervision ), I was told it was frozen because of Confirmation of FICA Information. I looked into it and we had submitted the document on the app signed as requested the day before. I made a fuss and it was unfrozen but today for the first time I see an email threatening to freeze my account if I do not submit the Confirmation of FICA Information documents ( the ones I have done on the app already ---clearly they have an issue with their system - but is it not the same system that manages our money ??? I am very concerned that we are in the wrong bank if they cannot get their act together! Treated like a problem by them, not as a client - Be warned it's not a pleasant feeling . SO now WE will have to be doubled banked as we can't risk them just on a whim freezing accounts! Sad A disgruntled client
