FREEZING ACCOUNT WITHOUT NOTIFYING CUSTOMER

My account has been frozen for 5 days (likely more), meaning that I have not had access to my money since Friday (20/11/2017)!! fnb did NOT tell me that they were intending on freezing my account. As a young professional who travels and needs to purchase groceries and pay other bills (including insurance), to say I am livid would be an understatement. I had to find out that it was frozen when trying to pay something.

I have spoken to over 10 ten people in all these 5 days and NO ONE has resolved my problems. I am scheduled to travel in 2 days and will need money to hire a car (as I was in an accident recently and can't take my car to the other side of the country - also meaning I need to pay an access amount so that my insurance repairs my car... but I can't do that cause my ****** account is frozen).

After this experience I would not recommend the bank to anyone. In fact, I'm planning on changing banks soon.
