Freezing account

I have been receiving emails about completing and submitting a foreign tax form.

I've done so months ago, and 4 times since November 2018.

I called FNB 2 days ago and was told that the email address I must send it to is not the same as the one they've emailed me from. Funny though, I've got it in writing from an FNB agent stating that I was using the correct email address already.

Emails used: ********** and **********

I've resent the form twice to the new email address. Now I receive an sms that my bank account will be frozen in two days if I don't send the form. I've just called them back, they are busy, no-one answers and I don't have time to wait.

FNB, it's sad to see how you've gone from being a good service provider to being at the same level to all other banks in SA.
