Freeze/hold /block

I have made countless efforts to get my account unblocked so I don't need it to be unblocked anymore. I want my salary which was paid on the 10th December to be transferred to my capitec account:‪**********‬ because it is unreasonable for the bank to block withdrawals and debits but accept credits. It is nearing month end and I have rent to pay, accounts and school fees. I have 3 kids. I have been sent from pillar to post given different names of people I need to speak to. First it was Zwelakhe Madikane, then it was Corne Palmer Today I am told it's Angelique Jansen that I have to speak to, so you can keep the investigation pending for the next century for all I care just transfer my hard earned cash to the account provided. And FNB remains unbothered because I have not received even a single phone call to explain to me what's going on.
