Freezed FnB business account

Hi. FnB Hammskraal branch allowed people to get into our business account without informing us me and my partner then freezed our business account,the company was busy with project in Limpopo in a hospital when this account was freezed and out transport department had to stop due to this issue and companies that were working on our trucks had to be paid and we failed to do so due to this matter, we went to complain to our Midrand branch since it's our branch about three times and no assistance from them ,we then requested to speak to the branch manager who was very helpful and also admitted that out account was not supposed to closed , she then tried to contact the legal department for FnB to uplift the account but she failed to get hold of them but promised to get back to us,this affected the company in a very bad way financially and the company has been postponing and delaying projects since we cants access funds in our business account,all company trucks has been stopped from working and workers hasn't been paid . This might end up making the company to lose its contracts since we can't trade. We need all the help we can get before it's too late. Your response will be highly appreciated.
