Freeze or Close all my accounts - COVID-19

I spoke to the consultant over the phone asking them to Freeze or Cancel my accounts and she told me that it is not possible. I am affected by Covid-19, I do not have any income and my accounts are on Negative balance, I cannot afford to pay balance, I have app**** for a relief Fund and my application was unsuccesful, my Business is Closed completely I couldnt even pay my Employees. Please Close my accounts!!! and I will pay whatever I am Owing once my Business is operating
