Freeze my account

So, I got a revolving loan with FNB more than a month ago for my travels to Europe<br> Last week I tried to access some of the money in that account just to realize that the account has been stopped, without notice so I can make another plan or anything. I even made a deposit of R3000 into that account. If I had known they where going to close the account I would not have made the deposit in the first place. I did contact FNB about this and someone would have phoned me back, but no one did. So now, a week before my travels I need to rush and see where I can get the money from. <br> They advised on the first contact that they give the load according to debit orders that go through and apparently there was a debit from MFC that did not go through in February, but still they gave me the loan in March and then afterward close it. My MFC account gets paid via EFT, not ever debit order, so I fail to understand.
