Freeze

Im really fed up with FNB my account was frozen pending a court order which was provided to them on the 02/12 since then they have been giving me run around about opening the account, ive already spent over 30 minutes on calls consistently everyday but with no assistance every one is referring to a certain "Helen" who no one can get hold of , I dont understand how unfreezing the account can depend on a single person in such a big bank , and i believe if a different skin colour none of this would have happened it would have been active by now
