Free Airtime

I was called and told to activate my fnb connect sim for cellphone banking and I will get R200 free airtime. I have activated it for both cellphone banking and myupdates...where is the rest of my free aitime. I only got R50.00 which from the branch, I was told its preloaded on the sim card.
