FRB Debt Review Centre still being debited!

I'm writing a review again on FNB regarding the exact same issue I had with them last month. I'm on debt review. LDS has been in contact with FNB for months now and FNB keeps saying they didn't receive all documentation from LDS.

I keep on requesting that they cancel the debit orders, as per the court order that was supp**** to FNB, yet each month it is the same cat and mouse game to get the money refunded to me!

My LDS consultant Tafa has been placed on hold by the FRB Debt Review Centre for over an hour now, and note it is not a toll-free number. Come on, this is ridiculous, I've been a client with FNB for many years, yet I get treated like this.

I received an email after my last review on here, but not much assistance, I didn't even receive a response email back after I rep**** to that email. So what now? Should I just change my salary account to a different bank and close all my paid service accounts with FNB?
