FRB bad service

Have been dealing with FRB debt review. They refuse to send me a paid up letter for account not been in use for more than 5 years. Only open because of the credit card debt. It has been paid in full. Now I want to close the account, but they refuse. They want a clearance certificate from Debt rescue. Debt rescue can't give me a clearance ce=indicate without the closed FNB account. Now nothing happens and my name can't be cleared, because no one is doing anything. The credit in my account refused to pay back and close, cause there is "monthly fees" to be paid. This has been going on back and forth for almost 3 months, and I can't clear my name. I will not recommend this bank. They speak to you as if you are a ********. I have paid more than the debt back over 6 years. I'm done. My whole family is now moving to another bank.
