Fraught in My FNB Account

I have problem with FNB since is almost a year with this thing called CBS Legal in online banking, it affect my E-BUCKS it accumulate interest is as if this CBS thing is fraught to me because FNB can't even help i called a thousand times visited a branch but no one is helping about this issue i don't anymore if i should change the bank or not. So i'm Private Wealth client but i'm not even getting help from Private Wealth bankers
