<p>Last week a debit order came into my account for an amount of R129.99 for a galaxy cellphone. I called FNB today to find out where is this debit order coming from as I know nothing about it, only to find out that the debit order is from FNB, apparently I ordered a cellphone from them. I'm not sure if I'm shocked or angry or both. My own bank is now *****ing from me also. The bedit order bounced back, and they charged me for a returned debit order fee as well. You are a joke. This is the reason why I moved my salary and my business account from you guys. I need this debit order stopped, the fee you charged me returned, and my credit record cleared as soon as possible if you know what is good for you! you open accounts on people's name without them knowing? is that how deperate you are?</p>
