**********ly blacklisted

Iam blacklisted by fnb for an account that I do not owe and have paid in full, neither did they contact me or trace me and worse of it I'm their client I bank with them. They listed me without following proper procedure not only hasthis resulted in me having a bad name but worse I lost out on a contract because of this. They gave me a played up letter by its self contradictory with two different dates and incorrect information. Worse of it I have to spend over an hour and half on the fone fighting for them to sort it out.... had it being me the client doing such to them they would sue me till I'm dead broke.

Didn't know fnb does commit ***** against its own clients. I wonder how many people have had to indure this horror.

No more Fnb for me

Ok got a response from fnb that I should call them.... is it strange for me to find this odd.... they do me wrong and I have to run after them? Call them for them to solve the problem they created..., dam its strange for sure... No wonder why capitec is becoming a leading bank in south africa because mediocrity is norm for banks who have been around for decades.... soon they won't have as much clients. Anyways useless fnb we will get to the bottom of this and it will cost you for the ********** act you committed

Naomi No amount of apologies will ever change the fact that fnb acted in a manner that de*****s its clients no justifications. I need result and a detailed report of what happened and who did what... accountability is what I demand
