Fnb giyani is refusing to refund the money that was withdrawn on my late husband account that was under curatorship in November 2017. The complaint was lodged by the curator at that time without any finalization of the investigation by the bank. My husband passed on in 2020 and i was appointed as the new executor, in 2022 February i then went to the bank to follow up on the issue. The bank is refusing to pay the amount that was withdrawn from the account without the authorization of the curator at time. The bank allowed someone who had no authority to withdraw money on that account to do so.
