********** unauthorised debits, no assistance

Called u spoke to 5 people u keep transferring it till it eventually dies,next day I call again same story, my family is beyond upset we all have n been clients for very very very long, bonds, investments and credit cards plus a home loan, julle moet wakker word, I'm thinking of going to standard bank, my mom is unhappy too and so is my sister, ur service is non existent to say the least, staff untrained, and your telephone system sucks. I had 2 ********** debits, they obtained my info somewhere and now they *****ing my money and when I log it they refuse to reverse the R45 each time. I'm fed up.i want a new account number so I can stop this *****
