********** transactions successful even when card is blocked/Inactive

Poor service service received from Johana Masalesa Mamelodi Branch Manager,I've been to the Branch 6 times with NO Help at all!This was caused by my card being retained in a nearby ATM and I was issued with a Temporary Card and I was promised that my issue would be resolved,only to find out that ***** was STILL continuing while my card was blocked.There was a ***** case number I received from FNB ***** division.This caused me stress,depression and inconvenience because of the poor attitude of FNB Staff and a lack of remorse towards me till today I have NOT been contacted and given any feedback!
