********** transactions out of my account.

I am at awe with the service I've been getting at the fourways mall branch. An amount of R950 has been going off my account for as long as I can remember and to my surprise the reference is saying investment, yet I don't remember opening one.

Fnb performed transactions that I didn't authorize and when I go to enquire they keep saying it will be paid into my account within 24 hours and till now nothing has happened.

For the past 3 months weird amounts have been going off my account and I entrusted fnb to keep my money safe but all they do is spend the money on things I don't know and never approved.

It is not a debit order but a stop order i know nothing about. I suspect faul play. Someone knows what's going on.
