********** transactions

I’ve been having ********** transactions since last year November . Blocked my card but the transactions were still going off . FNB only reimbursed half my money and the other half I was told a long story about (which I still have not received). Got a new card a few weeks ago and I wake up to my card being having more ********** transactions and toll gates. I’m done with FNB and advise people to jump ship because this bank is not secure at all. How do I get a new card and have the same ********** activities on my new card (which I was promised won’t happen ).
