********** transactions and no response from bank

I have logged ********** transactions on my card the 27th November and still no feedback. What the hell is happening with this bank???? Please get back to me as I need to stop these payments. It's not debit orders it's ********** transactions of R69 every single month. I have followed up with the app, they said I need to ask the bank to reverse and stop it as they have no record on their side of these transactions. I can provide you with proof of this conversation.
