********** transactions allowed after reported and debit card cancelled

1. Fnb does not immediately block transactions from ******** even after card on which transactions were done was cancelled - They want the client to monitor their account ??? 2. They take 4 working days to refund money. 3. They allow the ******* to pay back money according to exchange rate fluctuations - not the amount that was taken. 4. Losses that the client suffered due to card replacement, cash withdrawals, etc should also be recovered from the *******. 5. The ***** department and customer service does not reply to emails. 6. Customer service staff does not provide accurate feedback. I have no trust in FNB to handle complaints and my account efficiently.
