********** transactions allowed
FNB allowed safair to take R310.00 x 4 from my account on the 24th of April 2018. when queried I had to fill in a dispute form for each!!! I was then only refunded with the 3 x R310.00 transactions on the 17/05/18. but to my surprise they allowed the same 3 transactions to go of on the 05/06/2018!!!! I reported it immediately but got a reply back only yesterday to say that I have to fill in dispute forms ONCE AGAIN!!! this is unacceptable as you take the money without my permission but now I have to be inconvenienced again to rectify YOUR mistake. I want my money refunded today!!!!!
