********** transactions

I have toll transactions that are coming off my account on a card I stopped long ago. I called the ***** line where a consultant made me hold for over 20minutes without me knowing what's happening!!!I then hung up and stopped my cards..he didn't bother to call back!!..I called back again and was told these transactions are done using a card I stopped long ago as it was lost!How is that transactions are going off on a stopped card and why wasn't it removed permanently from my profile??Anyway I reported this on 13 June 2020..was told case is open and someone will contact me.On 19 June 2020 more toll transactions went off and I am supposed to trust FNB?The consultant are mean and unhelpful as well..no sense of empathy..all they do is get defensive!!FNB is getting by the day!!!I'm really dissapointed and angry!
