********** Transactions

Since Dec 2015 I have had 5 R99 (**********) debit orders go off my account. These debit orders were not authorised by me. Due to the banks poor controls I have to pay a fee each time these transactions are reversed. This is really unacceptable, but clearly FNB does not see this as a problem. I am a platinum card holder and expect my problem to be resolved when i email the premier suite. I emailed a request on 26 Jan 2016 for a transaction to be reversed and i am told to call the premier call center. Why do i pay a premier rate if i need to call in???? I have sent emails requesting this to be reversed by close of business 02 Feb and to date I have not received a call/email stating that this has been done. When is the bank actually going to do something about the poor debit order authorisation process? Surely if i want to be authorise a debit order before it goes off i should be allowed to do so. I am appalled at the lack of controls that the bank has and the lack of responsibility on their part for these transactions.
