********** TRANSACTION ON COVID ACCOUNT

After several phone calls and emails regarding ********** transactions on my covid 19 account. Payments have been made from covid account but have not gone to the loan accounts. i have sent email after email and spent 5 hours on the phone to consultants that have no idea of what is going on and am sent from pillar to post with no outcome. My covid account has a balance of R38000. yet after all my calculations only R18000 has been paid . SO WHERE DID THE OTHER R20000. go????????? I have reqested and detailed statement and have received nothing. My only conclusion is that there are ********** transaction on this account and money has been transfered to private accounts. This is unacceptable as I am currently unemployed. and have been borrowing money i order to keep my head above water. I also took an additional three months agreement and yet payments are being taken from my current account.
