********** Transaction: Customer Care Department

Their ***** call centre is a joke! I have been struggling for 2 days to get through to a consultant. Either the call just drops because the mailbox is full, or the reception of the consultant is so bad that either I or the consultant eventually drop the call.

The transaction I am trying to report is not available to select on the App, hence why I have been trying to call them.

Pathetic!
