********* made an online purchase this morning of R5000 out of my premuimer account,I'm so frustrated and distraught right now,but I called and reported the matter I was told the case may take 3 to 7days to be resolved depending on the outcome they giving.What a nightmare!!!!!

FNB still finds me liable for the transaction done on my account without my authorization,I'm so livid right now with this bank.We not safe with our banks including the **********.I am so disappointed with FNB thanks for nothing and also adding on my frustration.I dont see myself continuing doing business with this bank because I dont feel safe now and also dont see any future.I'm cutting all the ties with FNB.
