I am having a problem with my Fnb account that I opened thinking it would help with PayPal, but it seems like it was a mistake to open this account. I saw that my card was been used on Uber on the bank statement and the transactions declined and I was charged for that, In November the 22nd and 23rd November 2021, I went to 14th Avenue Branch and they referred me to the call center and card was stopped, and the Bank has not refunded me the money that they charged me, even if I was not the one that was using the card, this Bank is charging me for nothing for the second time, they are consultants are very arrogant when you call their call center or when you are speaking to them on email.
